Seek help of SODC to promote the provision of small rural houses in order to maintain the diversity of our housing stock.




Parish Council to meet with SODC officers to discuss how current SODC policies can be implemented more positively. Also, how future policies need to be amended and adhered to, in the light of concerns expressed in the Parish Plan.

Examine feasibility and, if confirmed, implement a programme of installing Affordable Housing in the parish.



(a) Parish Council to determine the proposal to build Affordable Housing in the parish, in view of the support expressed in the Vital Villages questionnaire.


(b) If decision is made to proceed, prepare detailed plan including allocation of responsibilities, time scale and finance.
