12thTBA"Meet the Author" night in aid of Brightwell Supporting Refugees.  Author and Villager Peter Adamson has kindly offered to give a talk on his recent novel 'The Kennedy Moment'.This is a gripping conspiracy tale set in a background in the 1980s of child immunisation.
A very good read, from an author who has also written two previous novels and several major UNICEF reports on child health. It will be an evening not to be missed.

26th6:00pmA Night at the Museum - Wallingford Museum will have a special one-off evening opening at half price (Adults £2.50, accompanied children free as usual), on Friday 26th Oct (6pm to 9pm) offering a chance to see our current exhibitions and also take a look 'behind the scenes' at a time when we are usually closed. You can also find out more about how the museum is run and what opportunities there are to join the team of volunteers!
