Jess Linton and fellow art therapist Naomi Press are hitting the Kathmandu trail in March - to volunteer their services to help the many Tibetan refugees there. They have volunteered to run a project for Art Refuge UK and will be holding a quiz night at the Red Lion on February 23rd to raise funds.

Jess, whose parents Ann and John live in Brightwell, says: 'Working with a range of refugee and arts services here in the UK during the worst global refugee crisis since WWII I hope this is just the beginning of finding creative ways to support displaced children and young people whether in a London destitution centre, in the community in Nepal or a refugee camp in the Middle East.'
