Voters have given a massive seal of approval to the Neighbourhood Plan, with 602  'yes', and 25 'no' votes, in a 51.89% turnout.

Our picture shows the panel of observers as the votes were counted after polling closed at 10 pm on Thursday night.

Long Wittenham voted on its Neighbourhood Plan last week, with 93% saying 'yes', and a 65% turnout.
