FOUR NEW PLANNING APPLICATIONS IN

Developers have applied to build up to 13 houses on Bosley's Orchard, 31 on Little Martins Field, 25 on Rectory Meadow (by St Agatha's cemetery), and 4 on Mackney Lane. The first two sites are included in the proposed Neighbourhood Plan, although the plan provides for 20 houses, not 13, at Bosley's Orchard, with a proportion of affordable housing.

If you have comments, please send to SODC or the Parish Council. The references are:

P16/S3958/O.  The Orchard. 13 houses (20 in proposed Neighbourhood Plan). Consultation ends February 8th.
P16/S4253/O. Rectory Meadow. 25 houses not included in proposed Neighbourhood Plan. Consultation ends February 15th.
P17/S0164/O Little Martins Field (land east of Waterman's Lane, in Neighbourhood Plan). Consultation ends February 22nd.
P17/S0343/O Mackney Lane field directly opposite the Recreation Ground. 4 houses plus parking, not in Neighbourhood Plan.
